Minister
Rev. Jim Coakley
Rev. Jim, part-time contract minister at the United UUC, is a testament to the resilience of our community. A graduate of Meadville Lombard Theological School, holding a Master of Divinity, and ordained in 2016, Rev. Jim's ministry embodies the theme of his ordination: Growing in Spirit to Help Heal the World. His belief in the wonderful offerings that Unitarian Universalists have for the world is a reflection of the strength and spirit of our community.
Director of Music
Alex Chilsen
Alex comes to United with an extensive background in music, including experience as a pianist, vocalist, composer, and instructor. All are welcome to play an instrument, sing, and contribute to making our worship shine. Alex also leads our choir.
Audio/Visual & Online Technician
Aaron Hurwitz
Aaron uses his vast background in Audio/Visual technologies to help make Sunday services and special events look and sound great! He is also responsible for the operation of our livestreaming services on Facebook and YouTube, where you can also view past services you may have missed. Please stop by the sound booth after service or reach out to him by email with any concerns.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees consists of elected officials who make decisions based on congregational input and votes.
United Members are always welcome to attend Board Meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 6pm.
